This study is accomplished to assist the readers of the graphic novel project that is created to understand more about the elements in the graphic novel 4 Signatures. The purpose of this graphic novel is to educate people about the psychological aspects, what cause it and the results, and to support those who have similar psychological problem.Using the theory of Revenge and Child Abuse, this graphic novel will show the story and the attitudes of the main character cause by psychological problems. The awful result whether it is emotional, verbal, or physical done toward other people by the character helps the readers to understand more of what to do to someone with similar psychological problem and to avoid such psychological problems

This study discusses the personality change influenced by the past life in the antagonist character in J.K Rowling's “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince The Past Experience has an effect in the antagonist character, Lord Voldemort. It is always interesting to discuss the effect of the past experience which can make a difference to someone's character. Every Person has its own personality but the effect of the past life can make big impact to his/her personality.This study is aimed to analyze what kind of past life which affect the personality of the character, Lord Voldemort. Formulasi Model Permutasi Siklis dengan Objek Multinomial

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model matematika untuk menghitung jumlah susunan objek dari permutasi siklis yang memiliki objek multinomial. Model yang dibangun dibatasi untuk permutasi siklis yang memiliki objek multinomial dengan minimal ada satu jenis objek beranggotakan tunggal. Pemodelan dilakukan berdasarkan struktur matematika dari permutasi siklis dan permutasi multinomial. Model permutasi siklis yang memiliki objek multinomial telah dirumuskan.   Pembuktian model telah dilakukan melalui validasi struktur serta validasi hasil yang dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil perhitungan model dan hasil pencacahan. Teorema tentang permutasi siklis dengan objek multinomial juga telah dibangun. The model constructed is limited to cyclical permutation that has multinomial object in which at least one kind of object having single cardinality is contained within. Modelling is undertaken based on mathematical structure of cyclical permutation and multinomial permutation. Cyclical permutation model having multinomial object has been formulated as . The proof of the model has been undertaken by validating structure and validating the outcome which was conducted by comparing counting result of model and counting result manually. Penggunaan Metode Problem Based Learning (Pbl) Berbantuan Media Audio Visual Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Sekolah Dasar

: Background research problem is the teacher in delivering the subject matter of mathematics in the form of assignments and lectures. With that result the students are less enthusiastic and active in learning and learning outcomes of students 4th grade math N Ketapang 01 becomes low. This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes and describe the steps of the methods Problem Based Learning (PBL) aided audio-visual media that are tailored to the standard process. Classroom action research consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. The subject of research students 4th grade N Ketapang 01, as many as 21 students. Data collection instruments using test and non test. The research instrument is a matter of essay tests, observation and observation sheet. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Improving student learning outcomes seen from the average value of classical, before action is 68.7, the first cycle increased to 78.5, and the second cycle increased to 87.8. Completeness student learning outcomes in pre-cycle by 42.9%, after the implemented action first cycle increased to 76.9%, and the second cycle increased to 90.47%. So PBL teaching methods aided audiovisual media adapted to the standards process can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. Suggestions in the study are expected teachers can apply the methods of PBL aided by audio-visual media in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics, student activity in learning increases, adding the work in the school library, can complement the weaknesses of previous studies and discover new things, namely the application of PBL aided media EEK-based audio-visua

Penerapan Manajemen Proyek Dengan Metode Cpm (Critical Path Method) Pada Proyek Pembangunan Spbe

Sebuah Perusahaan konstruksi yang bergerak dibidang pembangunan infrastruktur Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Elpiji (SPBE) sedang menjalankan banyak proyek pada beberapa wilayah di Indonesia. Dengan jadwal proyek yang begitu padat, maka perlu adanya manajemen proyek yang baik dalam menjalankannya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para karyawan Perusahaan mengenai manajemen proyek dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) agar karyawan dapat menyelesaikan seluruh proyek yang sedang berjalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap, pada tahap pertama dilakukan observasi langsung, yaitu: tim abdimas datang ke lokasi dalam rangka memperoleh data. Hal ini dilakukan pada saat menjelang maupun pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Tahap kedua adalah pelatihan, yaitu: tim memberikan materi tentang manajemen proyek dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) sekaligus memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Perusahaan.
